Ringside is designed to show recovery and workout context from services you choose to connect, including Oura, Apple Health, and Apple Watch.
When you connect Oura, Ringside may access recovery, sleep, activity, readiness, heart-rate, and ring-configuration data made available by Oura's API. When you grant Apple Health permissions, Ringside may read workout and heart-rate information needed to detect active workout sessions and display live context.
Oura account tokens are stored securely in the iOS Keychain. Ringside may cache recent recovery and workout summary values locally so the app and widgets can display current information. Ringside does not sell your personal information.
Ringside does not share your health or recovery data with advertisers. Data may be sent to Oura or Apple only as necessary for authentication, permissions, or platform functionality you initiate.
You can disconnect Oura in the app and revoke Health permissions in iOS Settings at any time. You can also delete the app to remove local cached app data from your device.
